Refund Policy

The Quran Connect aims to provide reliable online Quran education with transparent policies for students and parents. We believe in fairness and clarity when it comes to cancellations and refunds.

If The Quran Connect is unable to begin the student's classes within 10 working days of the mutually confirmed schedule (excluding delays caused by the student, missing information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control), the student is eligible for a 100% refund.

Students or parents who wish to cancel enrollment should submit a written cancellation request.

• Official cancellation requests must be sent by email using the same email address used during registration.
• WhatsApp or phone calls may be used to notify our support team, but the cancellation process begins only after the official email request is received.

Approved refunds are normally processed within 30 business days after the cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible, or through another mutually agreed payment method.

Refunds may not be available if:

• More than 20 calendar days have passed since payment
• Classes have already started and significant teaching services have been provided
• Incorrect information from the student or parent causes delays
• The student repeatedly misses scheduled classes without prior notice
